1) Where do you deliver and how much do you charge for delivery?

We deliver to Montgomery County, MD for a flat rate of $5. 

2) I'm so excited, when will I receive my order?

And we're excited to deliver it to your doorstep! For orders placed Monday to Friday, we deliver the next business day. For orders placed Saturday and Sunday and on holidays (July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day), we deliver on the next business day.

3) Do you deliver outside Montgomery County, MD?

Not currently, sorry. 

4) I would like to order from your store, but I don't live in Montgomery County, MD. What options do you have for shipping?

4) Do you Auto-Deliver?

Yes, we do! Auto deliveries are 5% off with each order. You also receive credit with each delivery through our bag loyalty program where you earn a free bag of food for every 12 bags purchased on top of our 5% off. Please visit our store or call us at (301) 933-8272 so we can help you set up auto-delivery. It's simple and fast. Pause or cancel anytime. 



We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for beds, harnesses, collars, leashes, clothing, toys.



1) How do I sign up for your awesome rewards program?

Visit us in-store and we'll get your name and phone and that's it! We don't sell info! 

2) How does your rewards program work?

Simple! For every dollar you spend on any item in store, you earn one point. And for every 100 points, you earn $10 back which you may use toward future purchases.

3) Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points never expire. You earned them, you keep them.
