Kurgo was founded in 2003 by two brothers, Kitter & Gordie Spater, who grew up exploring the woods of Vermont with their dogs. They learned the importance of quality from their parents who were apparel manufacturers, retailers, and entrepreneurs. Kurgo designs & manufactures everything you need to Go Together with your dog whether going to the dog park or across the country on an epic road trip.

You can often find Kitter out back stitching together his next product idea, or Gordie traveling the country meeting with retailers, getting feedback to continuously improve our products and customer service process.
